a. Click on the "Load Balancing" link
b. Click on the "remove" link to the right of your server. This will have
removed your server from the farm.
If you no longer need the server You can now click on the "Servers" link at
the top of the page. Click on the Server name or id and click the "Cancel
Server" link at the bottom. Confirm you would like to cancel the server by
clicking the "Cancel Server" button and verify by clicking yes in the pop
up window. The server will be formatted and removed from billing.
Being able to add and cancel servers on demand means you only use what you
pay for.
